We still have no explanation as to what Mr. Stachler was thinking he was going to do here. Fortunately, no injury & no damage to the sled. Perhaps he thought he could go over the top? M8man & I still laugh at this today.😏😁

Yeah, there was quite the variety of styling over the years. Sometimes you have to wonder who would find some designs appealing but they still managed to sell sleds. People were buying everything they could get their hands on.

The Kawasaki “Kawa-Bunga” Project:
Got the steel parts of the chassis blasted and painted. Also did a little polishing on the aluminum. Haven’t decided the level of polishing I’ll settle on but the tunnel isn’t perfect enough to go crazy. Maybe just give it a little brighter look.

Summers are busy! It’s hard to find time for the project but I try to find some time now and then to keep it moving forward. One of the shots shows how the repairs to the back of the hood came out. Hood is ready for paint.
